Fullpip Ltd Terms and Conditions

While using this site you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions as provided by Fullpip Ltd Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the site. Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of these.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

As a user of the site you are agreeing to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner, which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.

In no event will Fullpip Ltd be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with such use or loss of use of the site, whether in contract or in negligence. Whilst Fullpip Ltd endeavours to ensure the information contained in this site is accurate, Fullpip Ltd do not warrant that it is free from errors.

Fullpip Ltd do not concur that the functions contained in this site will be continuous or defect-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, and reliability of the materials as these services are run by an external party.

Warranty  

All warranties will consists of  a 1 year warranty provided the product is supported by invoice or receipt at the of purchase. in line with UK Trading Standards

Dogtra products , warranty is  managed by the  Dogtra direct and will not managed by Fullpip Ltd. We are happy to provide the Dogtra details should you have lost product  manual.  Note this may mean returning the  product to France.  Fullpip Ltd happy to handle the  process at the Customers cost.

Product alteration,  Any product sold on the site that has been tampered with, modified or additional none approved products added to units concerned  resold or used for personal use is done so at the purchases own risk . Tampering with or adding additional items to the product that are not Retreive – R- trainer or Fullpip Ltd approved will invalidate the proofing of the product. If Fullpip Ltd are made aware of this taking place,  immediate notification to the relevant Police authority and London Proof house will made.

Copyright restrictions:

Commercial use or publication of all or any item displayed is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation from Fullpip ltd

Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any licence by Fullpip Ltd  to use any item displayed.

Fullpip Gundogs and Shooting Accessories operates a nil contact after-sales completion policy, we will only contact you with marketing materials on a very limited amount of occasions, these are likely to be Training Schedule, New product release, and Mass Offer on products)    unless requested by email or our contacts page about a certain product
