All Items sold by Fullpip Ltd may be returned if they meet the definitions of Consumer Right Act 2015.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event you are returning an item due to a Postage error, please contact us immediately.

Shipping rates are provided by third-party partners and may vary based on location and product weight of the products selected. Please note that overseas customers may have additional customs payment incurred at the port of entry. Fullpip Ltd is not liable for these import duties or taxes.
Cancelling your order
All orders are posted within 24hrs. Please contact customer support before 1700 on the day you placed the order to guarantee we will be able to cancel
it. Once the order is in the delivery system whichever that may be, you will have to go through our return process as described above.
We supply gun dog accessories throughout East of England as well as nationally and Internationally.
We are currently having a break away. The website will remain live and taking orders.
Theseorders will not be dispatched until our return on the 7th September 2026.
